Pattern making

At Vac Jax-Stardale we have a comprehensive in-house pattern making facility. We Have skilled tradesmen (some with over 40 years experience) working with wood metal and plastic composites to achieve high precision pattern equipment.

We manufacture pattern equipment for the foundry industry and for body tooling applications. These include:

  • Interior and exterior components
  • Moulds and models for the auto, rail and aerospace industries.
  • Supplying and machining sample castings
  • Identifying the foundry to the customer to facilitate production.

Production

As you may already know Vac Jax Stardale specialises in glass reinforced plastic (GRP) components. The design team are highly experienced, time served foundry technologists, pattern makers and plastic engineers. Our production facility here in the UK has a fully tooled wood working and metal machining shop.
